Santa Cruz Mountains Wine & Crab Taste-Off

This event features some fine local restaurants in the Santa Cruz area. This event features the seasonal crab that is available now in January.

In the Seascape area, Sanderlings will represent the county in these event, Ma Maison in Rio Del Mar, and Paradise Grill Cafe in Capitola, and Cafe Cruz in Soquel. This event will happen on Sunday, January 16, 2011 from 2p.m. – 5p.m. A different selection of local vintners will pour their wines at each location.

This is a similar event to the successful Monterey Wine Great Escape Weekend in that you have local chefs pairing a local seasonal food with local wines. Yum!

While this event is smaller and more compact than the Monterey Wine Weekend, you will be sure to have fun at these restaurants and have some of the great Santa Cruz Mountain Wines.

The cost is $49.00 per person to taste food and wine at two restaurants of your choice. Assuming you will go the others add $16.00 for each additional restaurant.
